 Mid Lecropt Steading, Carse Of Lecropt, Bridge Of Allan

Mid Lecropt Steading has been carefully crafted from a traditional Scottish farm steading formed around a central courtyard complex, surrounded by farmland carse, countryside.  The original formal design of the setting has remained largely unchanged, all have private gardens.  Traditional materials have been sympathetically chosen to blend with the style of modern living in this unique project, which is Mid Lecropt.
 

 
 Avenue Mews  Bridge of Allan

 

 

 


Situated in The Avenue, Bridge of Allan, this is a small development of 6 Town houses, elegantly standing on the former site of an old workshop and store. Formerly the site seemed deceptively small, although with careful use of the sites boundary, this development uses the land to its full potential and greatly complements the property values and appearance of the area. The Avenue is accessed off of Keir Street via a single track focusing on the ambience of the mews housing.

As one works their way around the side of the old buildings the road begins to broaden and reveals the new development. The Western Gable has a cantilevered piece pushing out from the main mass of the building. As it pushes out, french doors give added light and  views back up towards the old buildings on the main street - gaining additional views up and down the narrow lane running North to South.

On the Southern gable the living areas push out to form balcony areas giving aspects towards the south and the nearby church buildings on Keir Street.

The Lodge sits in mature surrounding enveloped with lawns, trees a duck pond and of course a private beech lined drive providing total privacy albeit only minutes from all road and rail connections.

The period Scottish lodge house was converted to form three wings of Rylands Lodge. Each wings ranges from 2950 square feet to 3500 square feet of pure quality with cool en suites, classic luxury bathrooms and stylish functional and well planned kitchens.

Features were retained and interiors tailored to individual requirements.
